Complete this form to submit information about your upcoming event, for which you would like to either sell or distribute tickets through the Stamp Ticket Office.  

This form should be submitted at least 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to the date you want tickets to be available for sale or distribution.

All seating for events in the Stamp Student Union is General Admission Seating (no assigned seats).

If student organization with a KFS/ISR account, please indicate the account number below in order to have proceeds transferred to that account.
