This form is only for University of Maryland, College Park University Departments


University of Maryland, College Park University Departments: Submit your eCalendar request below. When completing this request form please keep in mind that the Department Head for the University Department must approve your request before your request can be processed.  Once your department head has given approval, your eCalendar account will be created within about 3 business days.  You will receive an automated email from Terp Link letting you know that your account has been created.  Requests for eCalendar accounts are not processed on weekends, holidays, or anything the University is closed.
There will a delay in processing eCalendar account requests May 20 - 24. Thank you for your patience.

To ensure that you are receiving updates about your registration please make sure that your Terp Link settings allow you to received email or text message notifications.

University Department eCalendar accounts that are unused for more than two (2) years  may be automatically deactivated.  If this occurs the user would need to submit a new request.

eCalendar account requests are not processed after 5:00pm, on weekends, on university holidays or anytime the University is closed.  Please allow for up to three (3) business days for processing. Thank you.

If you already have an eCalendar account, you will be contacted for additional information, as we setup your eCalendar account with Event & Guest Services.

Individuals requesting eCalendar access for University Departments must provide proof from their Department Head authorizing that individual to be granted eCalendar access. 

Please upload an email from your Department Head granting you access to reserve rooms on behalf of your department. The email must clearly include the date the email was sent, your name, the Department Head's name, and the name of the University Department you represent.  

Your upload must be in JPEG or PDF format. Do not submit screen shots.
