Class Project Outside Table Request Form

Individual UMCP students use this form to request a table outside of the Stamp Student Union for class projects. Class project requests are limited to tables spaces outside of the Stamp, near the Southeast entry to the building. A student completes this form by identifying themselves, requesting the desired reservation date and time, and providing an email from their professor confirming the class project assignment.

Request forms should be submitted at least 7 calendar days in advance.
Please allow at least 3 business days for requests to be reviewed. 
Your will receive an email once your request has been reviewed.

Students from the same class (all sections of the same classes included) will only be able to have one (1) outside table reservation at any given time period on the same day.

Please upload an email (in PDF format) from your professor confirming that this request is for an academic class project.  The email must clearly include the date the email was sent, the student's name, the professor's name, the name of the course, and a brief statement confirming that this request is related to an academic class project.

The upload must be in PDF format to be read.
