Women in Business Association

The Women in Business Association strives to create a welcoming sisterhood for business oriented women. We look to form a broad professional network, empower our members, and develop strong female leaders. We work together to build and maintain a network with employers, plan signature events and give back to the community. We have 5 committees that coordinate activities to strengthen our presence and impact at Smith and UMD.
