Transfer and Off-campus Student Life (TOCSL) exists to CONNECT and ENGAGE Transfer and Off-campus Students of UMD: *Equip transfer and off-campus students with the resources to thrive as individuals and to serve as leaders to the off-campus student population *Empower transfer and off-campus student to overcome barriers to success *Ease the transition of transfer and off-campus students TOCSL offers assistance and connection to resources, all the while encouraging our off-campus and transfer students to discover involvement and leadership opportunities to broaden their horizons and optimize their university experience.
