Open Sourcery is a student-run club at the University of Maryland focused on promoting software development, active learning, and lowering the barrier to entry to programming. We accomplish this by creating and enabling passion projects (group or solo); Hosting workshops for our members and the campus community; Running hackathons and code days; and by creating software for the benefit of other clubs and the campus community. If you are passionate about making cool things and want to find equally passionate people to support you and make projects with, then Open Sourcery is for you.
