“The Charles R. Drew Pre-Medical/Health Society” at the University of Maryland, College Park exists to provide students with information that will allow them to confidently and competitively approach the medical and allied-health fields. We believe that it is important to support, guide, and provide resources for underrepresented ethnic groups whose passions lie in the science and health fields. "The Charles R. Drew Pre-Medical/Health Society” will inform members of the services available to assist them in preparing for a career in a health field. This organization will also function as a support group providing assistance to the community as a whole. “The Charles R. Drew Pre-Medical/Health Society” understands and is committed to fulfilling it’s responsibilities of abiding by University of Maryland policies.
