Interested in electronics, circuits, or metalworking? Looking to pick up new skills for a hobby or class? Join our Instructional Electronics Shop (IES) staff for a hands-on Intro to Soldering workshop! Free to attend, with all equipment provided.

Objectives:

Gain familiarity with the components and materials used in electronics soldering
Master the technique of soldering solid-core and stranded wires
Develop the skills to successfully assemble and solder thru-hole components onto a circuit board
